Summer Look for Rainy Days! Bring the Sunshine Back :)

     I wanted to film at least one makeup tutorial in Colorado this summer. I have worn this look a lot lately and I have done the eyeliner many different ways, but this became my favorite way of doing it because the subtle liner shows off the color best in my opinion.
