Blue Christmas Makeup Tutorial

I can't tell you how much fun I had making this tutorial for you guys! This may very well be my favorite tutorial of the year. I wore this makeup look in the Faith Fashion: Guide to Winter video and I think it looks great! The look is inspired by the song "Blue Christmas" and Disney's Frozen.

 - Dare To Bare Lip Color from ULTA (I recommend a tinted lip balm under this. I used em michelle phan pillow plush cushiony lip balm in lollipop*.)
