This is my interpretation of Ruby's look from Once Upon A Time. Ruby is Little Red Riding Hood and she is also a werewolf. So I wanted to capture a very feminine and fierce look with a canine touch to it. And it is all pink, because who doesn't like pink?!

An alternative way to do the eyeliner and get a creamier look would be to use a crayon liner like Maybelline Define-A-Line or Stila's cream eyeliner pencil.
