This is a makeup look I created, inspired by foxes! Because I think foxes are amazing! It is a shimmery orange lid, with a black crease smoothed and shaped into the eye liner to give a fierce and dramatic look. There is also brown blended in and out of the black on the orbital bone. This gives better definition and a smooth transition between the black and the skin color beneath the brow. The liner is done in in a way that matches the outline of a fox eye (this is the same technique I used in the Pink Moon look to get my wolf eyes). I also wanted to give the impression of strong and striking lashes without using falsies, so I used a good quality mascara and the dark crease give the illusion of them being fuller. The bright white shimmery inner corners of the eyes make them look bigger, more open, awake, and alert. Plus, they remind me of the tip of a fox's tail. I applied bronzer and a dark blush. The coral lips bring everything together and are a nice young color, but you can also use a dark red if you prefer a more vicious foxy look. I wanted this look to be fun and colorful for spring and summer time, so I think the bright pink lips help with that.

In my $10 May ipsy Glam Bag, worth more than $37, I received these 5 products;
Eva NYC
Therapy Session Hair Mask
This was such a great product to get in my ipsy Glam Bag! I have very little experience with hair masks, but this one seems to have a lot of benefits and I am excited to try it out. It has Argan Oil in it, which I am a BIG FAN of!!! AND it is the full-size product, which I am always happy to receive! This product retails for $12, so I already got my money's worth with first product I pulled out of the bag.
Pacifica
Mineral Eyeshadow Duo
I am so sad the color pay off is not better! The two colors, Moonbeam & Unicorn, are beautiful and come from two bigger palettes you can buy from Pacifica (the Mystical & Charmed palettes), but I just can't get much out of them on their own, so it is not something I would buy. I like the brand and the packaging, but that's pretty much it.
Avène
Thermal Spring Water
I sunburn easily, so I don't believe you can ever have enough sunscreen, aloe, or anything to that degree. This thermal spring water is supposed to be good for irritated skin, which makes it a good pick for me! It will help with sunburns and I can use it on my legs after I shave if their just feeling extra sensitive. It's a drugstore product, but the full-size retails for $18, which in my opinion is a lot of money! This is not the full-size product, but it seems to still be a generous size.
Calvin Klein
endless euphoria
My first ever roller-ball perfume! Woo-hoo! You can bet I was excited for this! Plus is smells awesome! I am not a big fan of the name, but the product itself is my kind of product. It's a small size, probably only slightly larger than a sample size vile, but this is an expensive perfume!
Jersey Shore Sun®
Sans Tan Anti-aging Sunscreen
This is a small tube of facial sunscreen. Not an exciting product, but definitely useful! Like I said, you can never have enough sunscreen! Plus, it's from what seems like a good brand.

The ipsy Glam Bag is a makeup subscription where you get 4-5 beauty products every month delivered to your door, for just $10. My bag this month contained around $43 worth of product inside! Check it out here: http://www.ipsy.com/r/10kn
Benefit lollitint (in candy-orchid)
This is probably one of the coolest samples I have ever gotten! I've seen a lot of advertisements for this product and I've been wanting to try it out! Because it is a sample and not the full-size product, it is not worth very much, but I'm still really excited to try it out! The sample I got is candy-orchid, which is the color of the year, so it's very appropriate, because I did not have any products in that color or shade before I received my bag.
Cailyn Tinted Lip Balm (in Acid Pink)
This was not really a product I cared much for. I would have preferred a lighter color if this was a product that had to be in my bag. The product retails for $19, so it is a high end product, and it is also full-size, but it just wasn't a product for me. I was more excited for the lollitint sample than this.
Urban Decay 24/7 Velvet Glide-On Eye Pencil Travel Size (in Black Velvet)
I love getting Urban Decay products! This is one of my favorite brands and I can always use more eyeliner! This is also a new product, so I'm super excited to have it!
City Color White Gold Shadow & Highlight Mousse
This a drugstore product but it's actually really cool! I like the packaging and it will be a really good highlighter for around the eyes!
KISS Looks So Natural Lashes
I do not wear fake lashes, so this was not something I was excited about getting.

bareMinerals
Marvelous Moxie™ Lipstick in Get Ready
This is about half the size of the original lipstick, but the original retails for $18, so no complaints here! I love this color and the way it goes on! It feels amazing! I'll probably buy more of this!
This is a great little trio for traveling. I get so much use out of this! Only retails for $6, but I still really like getting NYX products in my glam bag, so I'm happy!
The product is amazing and has a excellent color payoff! AND it retails for $24! Soooooo, that means this product alone is already worth more than double what I to pay to get it! You can bet I was super excited to get this!

Pixi Beauty
Flawless Beauty Primer
Again, this is probably a half-size or sample-size product, BUT the original retails for $22, so I think this is still a great product to get. Pixi primers are really good quality! For a really long time my go-to primer was "Flawless & Poreless" from Pixi. I enjoy getting their products in my ipsy glam bag.

An awesome bag this month! I use my little NYX Love In Rio Trio almost everyday and I get a lot of use out of the eyeliner and lipstick too! I have to say the lipstick was probably my favorite product in March. I'm normally a lipgloss person, but the bareMinerals lipstick just has an amazing texture, it's irresistible!

The Stars & Daylilies series is coming to a close with a final tutorial that may leave you with cabin fever! I honestly only gave it this title, because of the names of the eye shadows and lip color. It's quick enough that you can use it as an everyday look. I think this is a fun party look! I also think this look would be awesome with brown eyes!
Since this is the last tutorial for the series I have been working on for the past year, I'm going to need some inspiration from you guys for new tutorials and other videos! So send me your ideas via email, twitter, Facebook, or leave a comment on the video on YouTube of what you would like to see! All the contact information is at the bottom of this blog.
Products Used:
- Too Faced Shadow Insurance
- Mary Kay Cream Eye Shadow in Beach Blonde
- ULTA Eye Shadows in Deep Sea, Rags to Riches, & Key West
This is my interpretation of Ruby's look from Once Upon A Time. Ruby is Little Red Riding Hood and she is also a werewolf. So I wanted to capture a very feminine and fierce look with a canine touch to it. And it is all pink, because who doesn't like pink?!
Products Used:
- Too Faced Shadow Insurance
- Mary Kay Cream Eye Color in Beach Blonde
- ULTA pink eyeshadows in Complicated, Thrill Seeker, & Flutter
- NYX Eye Pencil in Milk
- Kat Von D Tattoo Liner
- Best Lash Extreme from Jordana
- Pixi Bronzer
- Peony Blush from Clinique
- ULTA lip color in Cherry Picked
An alternative way to do the eyeliner and get a creamier look would be to use a crayon liner like Maybelline Define-A-Line or Stila's cream eyeliner pencil. For this version I also lined my waterline and I'm wearing a Mary Kay lip gloss with a similar color to Cherry Picked from ULTA.
This was an awesome month for ipsy! I really liked the cream eye shadow best, but these are all great products! I love the bag for this month! It's all pink on the outside with a white zipper and the ipsy logo on the zipper tab. It's got pink leopard print on the inside which is just icing on the cake for me, because I am a leopard print addict!
- POP Beauty Plump Pout Mini in Peony Petal
The full-size version is $16, so I am really really really excited to try this! POP Beauty is definitely one of my favorite makeup brands. I was introduced to them by ipsy and I always like getting new products from them in my glam bag, especially since it's one of those brands I can get at ULTA, so when I like the product, I know I can get it from there and I don't have to go through the hassle of buying it from an online individual company.
- Zoya Nail Polish in Odette One of the great things about ipsy is that they often send their subscribers products that have just come out on the market or products that are about to come out on the market, and a lot of times these products are full-size. The nail polish for this month was no exception! Odette is a new color from ZOYA's Naturel collection. It retails for $9, so it is moderately pricy.
- City Color Be Matte Blush in Fresh Melon
This product only retails for $2.99, which is pretty much what I guessed when I saw the packaging, but it is a really pretty color.
- Tini Beauty Eyetini Cordial Cream Shadow + Base In One in Ambrosia This was by far one of the coolest products I have ever gotten in my ipsy glam bag. I love the formula! It goes on smooth and sets up like a powder. The color is beautiful! I like Tini Beauty a lot! Especially the Nailtini nail lacquer. They give a lot of those nail lacquers in the ipsy glam bag. I think I have gotten three so far, but I have never gotten anything else from Tini Beauty, and the cream shadow is worth $18! SERIOUSLY! The coolest product!
- Dr. Lin Skincare Acne Spot Corrector
I don't need or want this product, but it retails for $8.99 and I'm sure I can find someone who wants it or needs it.
The whole bag is probably worth about $55 and it only cost me $10. Join me on ipsy and subscribe to the Glam Bag! You get 4-5 beauty products every month delivered to your door, for just $10. Check it out here: http://www.ipsy.com/r/10kn
